Prenotato questo hotel tramite Booking.com e mi sono subito trovato bene, dal check-in al check-out! Personale molto gentile, anche se non tutti padroni dell'inglese! Hotel pulito e silenzioso ed in una ottima posizione geografica. Unico neo i prezzi alti rispetto al contorno

Camere standard della catena, hall molto piccola ma la cosa che non ha funzionato e' il check in ed il check out! Al check in hanno fatto confusione, al check out per la prenotazione di un taxi per l'aeroporto chiedevano un prezzo doppio rispetto a quello standard. Inoltre facevano spesso risatine che non abbiamo apprezzato: si puo' trovare di molto meglio a minor prezzo nella stessa zona!

Dear Oliviero P, First of all, I am sorry for my late reply to your kind comments. May I take this opportunity to clarify some of the points as below. Regarding the taxi fare, Vientiane taxi drivers do charge extra fees between 11:00pm to 6:00am. The taxi arrived at 5:35am for your airport transfer and presumes they charged 100,000 Kip including the extra fee which is standard practice here. During day time, the taxi fares between our hotel and the Wattay airport is approx. 60,000 Kip. I noted that your check in took time and wish to offer my apology. This because 4 rooms (4-5 persons) arrived at the same time and we had only 2 receptionists was on duty on your arrival. With regard to the giggling staffs, I also wish to extend my apology. However please understand Lao people don’t have any intension to giggle particularly toward guests and unknown persons. I believe it was clumsy smiles as our staffs were told to smile to guests but it doesn’t come spontaneously. It is with much regret that we were not able to alter your unfortunate experience during your stay. We are most concerned with the satisfaction of all of our guests and your feedback is of great value to us. It allows us to improve the quality of services we want to offer our guests. L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione a una decina di minuti a piedi dal Mekong, dove si trovano ristoranti, locali e il mercato serale. Le stanze sono semplici ma confortevoli, con una buona insonorizzazione e collegamento wifi gratuito. Appena fuori dell'hotel ci sono alcuni bar e ristoranti dove si può fare una buona colazione.

La qualità degli alberghi ibis anche qui è stata confermata, camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione non compresa. I prezzi non sono così vantaggiosi,ma se prenotato con anticipo si trovano soluzioni economiche. Ottima posizione, in una delle vie principali di Vientiane, vicino a bar e ristoranti. Unica pecca, avevamo chiesto di organizzarci il servizio di pick up, ma se ne sono dimenticati! (meglio abbiamo speso meno rispetto al loro preventivo)
