Dear Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. As mentioned by our receptionist, our building is over 200 years old, and with that comes a unique charm—along with some quirks. Due to the historic nature of the property, the layout of our rooms does vary in shape and size across all room grades, including our Privilege rooms. Our team always strives to provide honest and helpful information to ensure our guests feel informed and supported during their stay. We are pleased that a solution was found to relocate you to another Privilege room with a sofa, although we regret that one of the same size or larger was not available at the time. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. After you checked out I took the liberty to check the rooms. Within the wardrobe the bathrobe and slippers were found. The Nespresso machine and the soft drinks were still there as well so I can confirm none of the amenities were missing.
