Отель может и не плохой, но точно не дотягивает до уровня любого другого Mercure. Лояльности к постоянным гостям — ноль. В номере ни бритвенного набора, ни зубного, ни ложки для обуви, да в целом там ничего, кроме мыла, нет. Даже бесплатной воды в номере нет, только по 2,5 € за бутылку. Парковка даже в несезон стоит 25 € / сутки. Бассейн? Даже не ведитесь на это, это не бассейн, а небольшая лужа прямо рядом с дорогой, со всеми вытекающими. Завтрак очень скудный, поесть можно, но на третий день устаёшь от однообразия. Основная масса номером с видом на соседние здания и лишь несколько на этаже с видом на море. Ремонт в отеле, как и весь интерьер в целом, требует основательного ремонта. Так, как сейчас там, было стильно лет 15-20 назад, но не сейчас. В целом отель сносный, если бы он был где-то в недорогом турецком курорте и не носил имя Mercure. Не вернусь.

The bottled water in the minibar is charged, but we hope the free option in the lobby met your needs. We take pride in our breakfast, which features a variety of local products that our guests often appreciate, as reflected in other reviews. We're sorry to hear that you found the selection lacking. As for parking, we recognize that the cost is higher than other cities, as it's a rare luxury in Rimini, especially with our covered, secure options. I can assure you that our pricing is competitive within the market. All our rooms have lateral sea views and balconies. You received an upgrade from a Classic to a Superior room upon arrival. While our front sea view rooms were fully booked, we ensured you were upgraded to one as soon as it became available, as per your request. No upgrades to front sea view rooms were given to your colleagues during your stay, so I am not sure to what you are referring to here. Thank you once again for your feedback. First time to the East Coast of Italy and this hotel is located just in front of the ocean. The room is nice and with a great view. Unfortunately, the weather was very bad when I was there and it rained for my whole stay, otherwise, I could have enjoyed all the beaches and sun with their big balcony.

Hotel has a great location. Close to the beach, very close to restaurants and shops. About 20min walk from central train station or 10min by taxi. Friendly staff, good swimming pool, room was very nice and clean with partial ocean view. Breakfast was amazing with good options and fresh juice and fresh coffee. Hotel also has on every evening the Aperitivo hour which is nice to have a drink on the bar and some snacks before go out for drinks and dinner. Anyway, overall experience was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Just spent 4 days in the Mercure Artis hotel in Rimini. This is my third hotel in Italy in the past this month and it was the best by a mile. All the staff were absolutely great..very helpful and friendly. The views of the Adriatic were gorgeous...see the pictures.. The room was large and modern. The hotel is surrounded by dozens of restaurants and an enormous beach. This hotel provides really great value, compared to the so called 5 Star hotel I have seen and stayed at. Recommend this to anyone who wants a great vacation on the beach. Make sure you book a balcony room that overlooks the Adriatic. Thank you to the entire Artis team for making it such a great stay.

Well I would find this hard to fault. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Breakfast buffet excellent all facilities are clean and accessible pool was lovely for a quick splash. Good location easy to get most place without any hassle. Thanks hopefully see you again soon.
