Hotel a éviter!!! manque de sérieux, de communication... pas d'eau chaude signalé deux fois a la réception sans succès, en plus d'un evier bouché, draps moquette et oreillé tachés, rideau troués...souhaitent quitter l'hôtel pour un autre on nous refuse le geste commercial pour la géne occasionnée et nous propose un surclassement chose que nous ne voulions pas car nous avons décidé de quitter l'hôtel, et nous l'avons quitter on laissant 15100DA sans passer la nuit et sans prendre une douche souhaitée après 700KM de route...!!! En tout cas pour une chaîne hôtelière internationale c'est vraiment décevant.

J’ai voyagé dans pas mal de pays et moi même je suis hôtelier, mon expérience avec cet hôtel etait catastrophique! Le personnel de la cuisine et réceptionniste etait plus que gentil avec moi! Sinon au niveau de la sécurité et manger de l’hôtel n’ont aucune connaissance de l'hospitalité! J’ai été traité de la pire des façons! On m’as observé au moindre fais et geste!. C’est un hôtel a éviter.

Parfait !!! Je conseille vivement cet hôtel, le Novotel de Sétif a toutes les qualités d’un hôtel 5 étoiles ! Un accueil excellent, des chambres très propre , spacieuses , bien équipées, literie très confortable ! Petit déjeuner très varié et complet, repas midi et soir excellent varié, le service est parfait, le personnel dans tout l’hôtel est à votre service, souriant et très agréable ! Un grand merci à tous, bravo !!!!

I booked at the Novotel Hotel in Setif, Algeria on May 27th 2023 for 5 nights. I am a platinum level member with Accor- which means I stay a lot with Accor. Most hotels have issues but this this Novotel has huge issues: 1. They lie. They put me in an executive room when they told me that they upgraded me to a Junior Suite. Also I asked for sleepers but they said they don’t have those in this hotel. When I complained on my last day about other issues, slippers miraculously appeared in my room. 2. They give only one Towel, one coffee per night no matter what you request or beg. 3. Only one lemonade per stay. 4. The bath robe was brought on the first day then taken away again. 4. You cannot talk to management before 10 am, because they don’t show up until them or perhaps the staff is too scared to tell them. 5. Whatever you ask for ( eg a good coffee), they make sure that you can pay for it before they bring anything. I asked for a little salt and it was given to me in an aluminium paper instead of a normal salt container ( because it was after 10.30 pm). Very strange behavior. 6. All staff seem to be scared and take no initiatives 7. All management is absent. I am still shocked from my stay at this hotel. The senior Manager ( who was sent from France) should be fired first. New manager should bring new management team and new staff. From there I stayed at the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe. Amazing hotel and amazing staff. Perhaps new management at Novotel should be sent there first to learn how to deal with customers, especially loyal customers. I will never stay at any accor hotel again in Setif. It is a disgrace to the accor brand.

I treat all your comments with the utmost seriousness and I already investigated this unfortunate matter. Please be reassured that your room were inspected before your arrival by our room division manager and after you complained at the reception he has verified once again the set up with your presence, actually as you mentioned in your review the slippers were missing, however, we gave it to you right after this. Once again please accept our sincerest apologies. Then, regarding the upgrade, our front office team granted you an Executive room because the Junior Suite was not available, please note that the upgrading is always offred depending availability. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. I hope you haven't lost the trust you've shown in our organization and you will give us an opportunity to serve you better in the future Kind regards
