We stayed for two nights and honestly had a lovely time. The hotel is a bit run down in places, but everything was clean and neat. Our suite was huge and super comfy, and the pool itself was amazing (just the seating area could use a refresh). The staff ( especially housekeeping) were so friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect — just a short walk into the center. Would happily stay again!👍

The meals are excellent and the service is second to none. Cannot thank the staff enough who packed a breakfast for the 2 of us as we had to leave for the airport early before breakfast time. Facilities are also great and I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

Breakfast not organised well, Boiled egg served cold, Air con was not functioning

After reading earlier reviews I was very concerned before my stay but have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels provided every day, even on the Sunday. Outdoor pool area and swim up bar was lovely. We were always down the pool for 9am opening time and had a choice of sun loungers. It did get busier in the afternoons but it was peak August time. Great cocktails at the pool bar and the food was nice. Hotel is in a great location, 5 to 10 min walk to old town if you leave via back the entrance past the train station. Only one or two gripes being the shower, as the door had come of the runner slightly so wouldn't shut properly and wasn't fixed during our stay, but to be fair we didn't actually report it. Also rooms were not very sound proof. Could hear next door and even people having breakfast from the third floor due to the huge echoy void in the middle down to ground floor. Overall though a good stay.

The hotel is in a poor condition, not clean, understaffed and definitely not worth 4 starts. They refused all benefits for Accor Platinum member as priority checkin, early checkin, room upgrade, late checkout. Hot water at the bathroom available only at the hours when you don’t need it. Conveniently located walking distance to downtown but a dodgy, dirty area. Kudos to the Romanian staff serving at the swimming pool restaurant.
