Dear Guest, Thanks for leaving your thoughts here following your recent stay. The team and I are glad that overall you enjoyed your stay. I was sorry to read that you felt the room was small and was in a poor condition. As a city centre hotel and a listed building our rooms do vary in both shape and size. We recognise that a small number of bedrooms require some modernisation and improvement, which are being carried out with our on-going improvements project and we currently have contractors’ onsite to complete the renovations. It was also a pleasure to read your comments about the staff at the hotel, I have made all of the department managers aware of your feedback so that they can share this with their teams. Dear Santos R Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. I was sorry to read that you felt the room was small. As a city centre hotel and a listed building our rooms do vary in both shape and size. With regards to the bedroom bathrooms we are aware that some of them require some modernisation and improvement and we are continually making the necessary improvements with our on-going renovations to resolve this factor and we currently have contractors’ onsite replacing the existing bathroom suites. I’m happy to read that you found our staff to be very nice, as we receive many positive comments about our team from our guests.
