First visit 4-night stay in Ibis Manado

Welcoming reception was smooth, my card was issued and my room was ready for me. Room service: I ordered several room services, the delivery of the food I felt was a little delayed but it was a small matter Room: The mattress was a bit too soft for my liking and you can hear sounds of other guests closing doors which can be disturbing. There's tea but no coffee. There's mini fridge but no snacks. Other services. I took the laundry twice, it was simple and straight forward. All the payments to be done cash or card via the front desk, guests have do so promptly. Which I think was good to avoid delayed payment. I wish the hotel could offer tour packages, such as a day or half a day trip. Overall: I enjoyed my stay here, it's comfortable and I can access all the services easily.

First time come here. Cozy room and great view (from 7th floor). Their staff are very friendly and warm-welcomers. Food and drinks are delicious and has many variant. Next time I'll be sure to come here again because their room view is absolute gorgeous.

Good location for access to city centre, market and harbour. Opposite Town Square Mall (known as 'Mantos'). Room size is good. Air con works well. Good sea views. Breakfast is a good selection of Indonesian and European. (Table knives and proper coffee are available if you ask!) Helpful staff (Juudina, Debora.)
