we held a seminar in the Mercure ballroom. This hotel has a strategic position in the city center, suitable for meetings with invitations from various companies. The ballroom is quite large and sufficient for meeting participants of up to 150 people. Indonesian buffet food is a real favorite. Thank you to Mba Resty as the receptionist at the Mercure Padang Hotel, the service was good, friendly, helpful, very good service for all staff!! Your best hotel!💕✨❤️🙌🏻🙌🏻🫶🏻

The rooms are clean & comfortable. The staff are also very friendly. Thank you to Resty at the reception and also the other team, preparing the best room for me and my family. I convey my sincere appreciation to the Mercure Padang reception team, especially Mrs Resty, Mr Asmardi, and Mr Metro as concierge officers. The service is excellent—always attentive, warm, and attentive. He did his best to ensure my comfort and make me feel welcome during my stay. I have travelled to Padang several times and found the Mercure to be the best hotel in the area for value, comfort, customer service and ease of access to Padang and the ferry to travel to the offshore islands. I rate the Mercure Padang very highly, it is great!
