it's a very nice city, I was there for a few days and it made me come alive. the local people were very kind and the weather was perfect for me, the journey from the airport to the hotel was only 30 minutes, I found many malls and traditional supermarkets nearby, at the hotel I was also greeted by the porter Apridho who was humble and helped us, Resty and Rafky the receptionists who were humble, and helped me. The service they provide is very friendly, no less than Randa who handled me at checkout. thank you for your service

The hotel is located in a city center location very close to major department stores and hotels within walking distance. The check-in process was friendly and efficient, thank you to Resty who helped me wholeheartedly. The room was big and spacious. Rooms are well laid out with well located power points. Fast wifi which helped with video conferencing I had to do from the room. The food selection at the hotel is quite good. Good choice in Padang.

Very cozy and comfortable. The rooms are nice, with beautiful city views. Check in and check out was smooth, everyone was very friendly. I got a free upgrade to a beach view room which was great! Thank you very much to Resty, Rafky & Randa, thank you for the pleasant experience :)

The rooms are clean & comfortable. The staff are also very friendly. Thank you to Resty at the reception and also the other team, preparing the best room for me and my family. The hospitality service is very good and they also serve food in the evenings, the back pool bar is a great bar, Mrs Resty, very helpful and very family friendly. The food is also delicious, and the location is really suitable for those who like the beach. Your service is satisfactory, the hotel is strategic, close to the beach, the rooms have a direct view of the beach, and the rooms are clean. Housekeeping here is also good and friendly, always welcoming us in every corridor.
