Great hotel with nice big rooms and a beautiful swimming pool with beds around it. The food is very nice (they even serve wine) and the staff is incredible friendly and helped us very well. Thank you Jina, mr Joey amar, Paurnima and Hasan for your great service.

Sohar mercure hotel feels like homely atmosphere... In this home especially restaurant staffs like Sonia, Jina, poornnima giving Extraordinary services and professionalisam.. Even the floor staffs also have great attitude.. Living in mercure feels great with out any hesitation....

The room is generally good with abundant space and beautiful view, though part of the furnitures are kind of old (but functioning well). Bathroom is appreciable, shower water pressure is very strong. Good hygeine, and I would like to especially praise the housekeeping staff Asman Ali, who offered excellent services. Breakfast is good, with a lot of choices offered. And the swimming pool is just amazing! I really enjoyed swimming there and had a good relaxation.

I recently dined at Mercure Sohar's restaurant and had a lovely time. The food was well-prepared and flavorful, and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. I was particularly impressed with the service provided by Jena, a friendly and helpful Thai staff member. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience that I would recommend to others. Best Jena ever

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel experience overall was positive. But there were a few issues such as leaking pipes, issues with my booking and only one access card given. Otherwise very happy with the experience. Food was good as well but limited options.
