I would like to thank the restaurant staff, the food is very good and the staff are always helpful and charming. House keeping staff are always available and they are friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel staff are very friendly and kind Maybe the only nigative thing is hotel room, it is good but it's a bit small and needs more cloth drawers also the window cannot be opened and it is better that the floor be ceramic or parquet, not carpet

I recommend to stay in mercure when ever you come to Sohar as the location is in near to all wat you need

It’s clean and the crew are very accommodating especially - Cris, Maya, Soniya and Gina. The foods are great and delicious. The rooms are very aesthetic and comfortable. The comfort rooms are clean. They have a lot of amenities such as pool and gym.
