It was really good to be back. My last stay at this hotel was in 2022. The hotel has maintained its high level of service and warm hospitality from its staff. We were greeted with a very pleasant welcome drink. It was a special concoction of kumquat, lime and lemongrass. The room was well-appointed, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast spread at the cafe on ground floor was good. However, due to the limited seating available, guests may have to wait in line during the during times. Dining at the executive lounge was however, a pleasant and different experience. Ambience was good and peaceful. The food offerings although limited, they came straight from the kitchen. Extra care was given by the chefs to serve dishes with fresh ingredients. Service from the dedicated staff in the lounge was prompt and delightful. The hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle yet at the same time, our room enjoyed a tranquil view of the river and bridges. We could even see the bridge with the fire breathing dragon (every Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at 9.00 pm). We wish we had stayed longer at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to couples, families, and friends who are visiting Da Nang.

MS Thu Thanh the receptionist at Grand Mercure hotel is exceptionally helpful and patience. She went the extra miles to assist booking a cab despite the heavy flow of human traffic at the check in desk. Room is clean and view is good. Strongly recommended.

I am from Singapore visiting Danang for two days. My stay at Grand Mercure Danang exceed expectations. A very friendly and accomdating hotel staff. We also had great view of the dragon bridge from the room. We mentioned about being vegetarians and the staff provided us additional vegan options for breakfast, also accomdated additional requests. The vietnamese coffee here is good and worth trying. Over all a great place to stay.

The stay was great and Cam was so friendly and helpful upon our check in with navigation tips. We also enjoyed the massages in the spa. Good gym facilities. Great breakfast spread and bbq dinner buffet. Highly recommended to anyone intending to visit Danang.

Definitely 10/10 for the location. Its looks like it’s on an island. And close to all attractions. We can see dragon bridges from the hotel. Food is best part here. Amazing breakfast. And friendly staff. Gym is spacious and all the amenities are great.
