Myself - RAJ KUMAR SAHU - PASSPORT U9231525 - IBIS IKEJA - Room 220 stay was cool and awesome, had an absolutely amazing time lodging at IBIS RED. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast - Dinner buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that their guests were comfortable. I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back. Easy drive from the airport is a convenient feature

Best feature of hotel is that it's close the airport. Rooms are small, but typical style of an Ibis chain. Room features generally worked well. The restaurant and bar is a bit more sloppy with taking orders incorrectly and rarely able to provide the correct change. The elevators don't work very well and there is no staircase. You will be tasked with both long waits and sometimes even the need to get out at a random floor and try transferring to the other one.

Overall, its fine. The absolute best feature is the icy cold room AC. The wifi was very flaky, dying several times/hour. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, with no variety, and roaches scurrying on the tables. Elevators were slow. Very little within walking distance of the hotel that would interest a tourist.

sono stato una notte in questo hotel, reception e ristorante nella media, personale ok, camere ok tutto considerando che si tratta di un hotel 3 stelle. Purtroppo l'odore di muffa era fortissimo.La mia domanda è: perchè usate la moquettes come pavimento che si impregna di umidità (causa clima locale), emanando sgradevole odore di MUFFA????!!!!

Camere un poco piccole e con pochi accessori (manca l'armadio, sostituito da alcune mensole), ma pulite e ben tenute, letto molto comodo, wi-fi veloce e gratuita disponibile in tutto l'hotel, compreso nel giardino, navetta da / per aeroporto gratuita, personale cordiale, servizio ristorante molto lento, la corrente elettrica manca continuamente... Complessivamente per un viaggio di lavoro di qualche giorno va bene, e' molto vicino all'aeroporto.

Wifi internet connection was available throughout the hotel, including in the garden. You find our staff friendly and you enjoy the airport shuttle The restaurant service was too low, At ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem to our food and beverage manager, and prevent future occurrence. Regarding your comment about our room size and our wardrobe,we would wish to inform you that this is in line with the Ibis hotel brand standard all over the world and we are sorry to hear that this is not to your perfect liking. During your stay the electricity power was continuousely missing. It is important to bring to your notice the fact that there is no reliable public electricity supply in Nigeria.The power outages you experienced is for the short period of change over to our standby generators when the public supply of electricity fails as it is usual in Nigeria.
