I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, and the services provided are top-notch. The staff is very attentive, and Michael, in particular, was exceptionally polite and helpful. He even went out of his way to assist me with mailing a postcard, which was beyond his duties. The level of service of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service

Had an excellent time at the Pullman Wuxi New Lake. Mike and the other staff were very amicable and professional, looking after me during my long stay. Overall, good facilities, nice room, good breakfast buffet and gym facilities. Will definitely come again!

every service could satisfy my inquiry and needs. the good service included room upgrade and use of the club lounge. breakfast menu was also quite good to enjoy each meal. every staff at the hotel was very kind too.

Friendly and helpful service, good rooms. Poor acoustics

Although this Pullman is positioned as a business hotel, it turned out to be a great holiday destination, located not too far from the Tai lake. The service was very friendly, prompt and efficient. They took care of special requests we made. Our room on the 19th floor was clean, spacious and well equipped; but had really poor sound proofing with a lot of noise disturbance from the adjacent rooms. Surprisingly the TV was still old style with just regular subscription channels and not connected to the internet. A very basic feature in any standard hotel in China. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge spread of different cuisines. But sadly the room service dinner we ordered was very disappointing.

I was staying at Pullman Wuxi and has been used Mr Jacob as a driver. He has done a very good job and I highly recommend him. The hotel is very clean and staffs are very helpful. One thing that is lack from there is the English speaking reps. Other than that, everything was great and keep up the good work!!!
