Very comfortable and the person in Front Desk at the reception Mr Lokesh did a wonderful job by making sure what I requested . To my surprise he has provided me with even better view of the see facing . As I am going to stay for 10 days ,very satisfied with the room they provided.

I had a dinner at the restaurants call red bowl it was unforgettable experience the food was amazing also staffs all very friendly, good service by Mr. Hemanth Rahul. MR. Prathap. Restaurants ambiance also ver nice highly recommend to dine

Good but needs improvement

V good place for a staycation but room service needs to improve . Basic necessities like water and food were delayed.I wasnt able to connect to wifi but yet the issue couldnt be resolved. Pool time is from 7am-7pm . The timing should be increased to 9 pm and there was no assistance at the pool side.

We came for lunch in the sqaure reasturt the food was excellent and staff are very friendly and helpful. We asked help for show round to the front desk they are good and helpful, shown us the entire property, receiption team thank u so much for the help to visit the property

Stay in novatel is very pleasant and wonderful. Staff is very welcoming. Vijaya from front desk explained everything well. Best view from the hotel for the beach . Recommend this hotel for any kind of stay . They offer good stay. Rooms are very comfortable
