Old tired hotel i have stayed at cheaper and nicer hotels in linyi The selection of fresh fruits and vegetables at breakfast and happy hour is very limited the room was old and tired the shower was bad. The bed was ok. Check in and check out was quick and efficient.

as always , it was pleasure - good room , well cleaning , fruits on the table , good and reach breakfast either Chinese style and Western style .

Good experience during my stay there. Rooms are clean and nice. Great service by Johnnie and his team. Beautiful dinner experience at the rooftop also great extensive breakfast choices. Would definitely consider this hotel again for our next trip in this area.

Not for non-smokers. The entitled guests book non-smoking room and smoke in them. They walk through the lobby smoking and the hotel does nothing to stop - afraid to displease. But fi you are a smoker and want a modern 5-star hotel then it is a good choice.

Please allow me to explain to you: In accordance with hotel policy, we do not allow guests to smoke in non-smoking rooms and public areas, and the hotel has a designated smoking area outside the entrance. Thank you very much for your feedback, we take it very seriously and will conduct an investigation. About guests smoking in non-smoking areas,please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures in order to prevent future occurrence. Thank you again for your prompt suggestions. I visit Linyi every year for Business and always stay at The Pullman Hotel. It is very comfortable, clean and quiet with a very good breakfast buffet with lots of Western and Chinese options. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable especially Jane in Management. She is a huge asset for the hotel. The Pullman made my 5 days in Linyi very pleasant and productive.
