Aweful. Avoid. Gross. Curtains had stains and what looked like boogers. “King Bed” isn’t a king. It isn’t even one bed, it is two beds pushed together with a hole in the middle and an undersized mattress pad. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. “Executive room” is narrow, damp, smelled musty, with a tiny tv. You can’t change the temperature in your room, supposedly only the front desk can. Linens looked clean, the rest of the room wasn’t. Never again.

Great location by the train station and walkable to old town areas. Friendly staff and large triple room, but I’m taking a point off because the pull out couch for the third person to sleep on (me) was very uncomfortable - a hard bar in the middle and if you sat at the foot the mattress would fall out to the floor. I would stay again if I needed a room for just two with regular beds.

Despite leaving super early - there was a lovely staff member (male, didn’t get a name) who let us have a coffee and was kind enough to grab us a few breakfast items even though we were leaving before it opened, he checked us out and was so helpful - thanks!

This hotel is pretty central and situated near the train station. The duplex room we had was very pretty. The breakfast was varied. Staff were very helpful. I recommend it.

We will not stay in this hotel again and could not recommend it. From our arrival to departure it was potentially one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. The pool is tiny ie max occupants 6 people, tiny and very awkward carpark, rude staff, hotel restaurant was not open, €17 per night for the car park, jacuzzi did not have any water in May ! Rennes is a nice city but choose a different hotel !!

Concernant le jacuzzi, nous tenons à préciser qu’il n’est plus disponible depuis plus de deux ans. Nous avons retiré toutes les photos officielles le présentant afin d’éviter toute confusion, même si certaines images de clients restent visibles sur les plateformes de réservation. Notre piscine est conçue pour la détente avec une capacité limitée, ce qui peut expliquer la sensation d’espace restreint. Nous regrettons également la fermeture du restaurant durant votre séjour et comprenons que cela ait pu impacter votre expérience. Le parking, quant à lui, est tarifé selon les standards locaux et nous sommes navrés si son agencement vous a semblé peu pratique. Enfin, nous sommes désolés si vous avez perçu un manque de courtoisie de la part de notre équipe. Vos remarques ont été transmises à notre direction pour amélioration. Nous espérons avoir l’opportunité de vous accueillir à nouveau afin de vous offrir un séjour plus conforme à vos attentes. Bien cordialement, L’équipe du Novotel
