The food in the restaurant was amazing! Would definitely recommend. The lodge itself is nice but especially in winter season when the pool is closed there's not much to do around which is fine because i spent most of the day on exploration tours. For a 2 day kangaroo island stay (or even longer) would definitely recommend and come again

We had a fantastic stay. Our room was so comfortable, quiet and spacious with lovely river views. The meals for both breakfast and dinner were excellent with lots of choice and so delicious. Staff were amazing, friendly, efficient and helpful. We loved the location with lots of lovely walks and views. Thank you

My husband and I stayed and ate at the lodge as part of the Discover Adelaide 2 day tour of Kangaroo Island. Our tour guide, Liz, organised the booking of the accommodation and our dinner on the Saturday night and breakfast on the Sunday morning. Our room was great; spacious, well set out and with good heating. Our meals in the restaurant were fantastic. Great quality and very tasty. We would be happy staying here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mercure KI Lodge. The property itself is excellent, with a perfect location that offers easy access to all the local attractions. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, making it a great base for exploring Kangaroo Island. The food was delicious with a variety of options, all at a great value. What really stood out to us, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel right at home. Their warmth and hospitality truly set this place apart. We couldn't recommend the Mercure KI Lodge more. It's a wonderful spot to unwind, enjoy excellent food, and experience great service. We'll definitely be back for another stay in the future.

- cosy and spacious room - enjoyed having my meals next to the fire place - very helpful having free laundry facilities - really appreciate the welcome gift - pizza was amazing. KI honey infused chilli *chef kiss - beautiful view of the bay from my room - some parts of the hotel seemed dated but they are actively refurbishing the hotel which is a positive sign - quiet and comfortable location within KI
