Nice property, clean rooms and nice staff. Cheerful Akash served us on the bar and knew what we wanted even before we asked. The dinner buffet spread featured a cross cuisine spread and the Spinach and cheese au gratin was excellent. The Ibis is set in a road with a lot of greenery good for a long morning and after dinner walk.

To be precise 1.Worst possible tea, just water, no tra flavour, was made, because i ordered it, and he has to make it 2.The most ridiculous "SELF LUGGAGE POLICY" . You have tobcarry your own luggage, after paying such large amount, you cannot even expect a bellboy, or a luggage carrier, instead had to bring all luggage along with a 8 month old baby with self. 3.The guard dont know the short path to the parking or from parking to lobby, and telling to go around the whole hotel from one end to another walking with luggage, beacuse of again that "SELF LUGGAGE POLICY", which is first a walk downhill and then a walk uphill.So much for customer service.The short path was there, but was left to be discovered by the guest themselves, as a adcenture activity I guess with your luggage being carried 4.Bad smell in room 5.Bad smell in toilet, as there is no exhaust outlet, or as far as i saw, couldnot locate one, there may be one, but still the toilet stinks. 6.Electric kettle in room was broken and dirty, when complaint was made, the person came after 20-30 min, to take a look, when the problem was already being communicated, and then started arguing that water is heating in it, then whats the problem.Then after telling to change it, again went for 15-20min and came back with new one, but a dirtier one. It was to be used for heating water for baby, but alas, no hot water for us now. We managed with other foods for the baby, as how can we use that dirty kettle, and the rudeness of service boy, we decided it is not worth arguing any more. 8.when at checkout we said all the above points, one reception guy went out as if nothing happened right in front of us and other just heard everything with a piker face, as if he was already trained for this. Overall, it may be a different experience for others, but was a terrible one for us, and will never book it again. Also there are better hotels in same price providing better facilities already in same city, and would suggest to explore those rather than wasting money here.
