Ottima posizione nel centro di Yerevan. Accesso privilegiato per quanto riguarda i taxi in quanto è un incrocio strategico. L'hotel è ben tenuto, pulito, con personale preparato alla reception. Camere piccole ma pulite e ben organizzate. Molto buona anche la colazione e il servizio bar.
