This hotel has very clean and tidy rooms. People would feel comfortable to arrange itinerary in visiting the city because the hotel located in central area. Due to my experience having breakfast in hotel, I see how charm and smiley the waiters is, especially one who named Violin. Hope, I will find this Novotel well developed in the future.

When I saw several unfinished or dilapidated buildings along the way to the hotel I was worried that this hotel won’t be able to provide Novotel-level of service. Fortunately my worries were unfounded. The hotel went above and beyond what was required of them to make sure the guests have a wonderful experience. The staffs were very kind and attentive, room amenities were very nice (although the pillows were bit too soft for my taste), breakfast options were many and varied, and they have a shuttle to and from the airport. It’s free for Accor ALL members, so if you’re not a member yet, go and sign up. It’s a shame Bangka tourism is in a slump lately, so I don’t see many guests. Here’s hoping the tourism situation cna get better soon!

The laundry service is exceptional. Thankful for the great work that is shown by the staff especially Ms Adelia and Ms Rani. The room also let me feel comfortable with everything. The only aspect that still has to be improved a bit maybe about the resto menus. But above all, the stay is rewarding😀
