La struttura ha un ottimo potenziale, però ha bisogno di una rinfrescata, di una sistemata. Direttamente sulla spiaggia anzi un pò defilato in fondo alla baia per chi ama la tranquillità ma anche per chi cerca un pò di movida a 100 mt c'è Caffe del Mar. I ristoranti e qualche negozietto li trovate a 500 mt percorrendo la spiaggia (non andate per la strada) perchè rimane fuori dal centro abitato di Kamala. La pulizia non era eccelsa e mi facevano sempre le camera alle 15/16 del pomeriggio, un giorno addirittura di rientro da un escursione alle 17 dovevano ancora farmi la camera. Il ristorante invece offre ottimi piatti alla carta e anche un ricco buffet. Per la colazione abbiamo trovato le paste fredde e poca varietà ma ho apprezzato molto l'angolo bambini. Anche il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. La piscina non è grandissima e c'è anche idromassaggio, ma con un mare così sinceramente a me non importa. Non ho visto se c'era animazione (a parte pianobar al ristorante o miniclub) Che dire, per fortuna partivamo la mattina presto e tornavamo nel pomeriggio tardo per le escursioni.

Posizione perfetta vicino a piedi a tantissimi ristoranti bar negozi passando dalla spiaggia sono 5 minuti Camera vista oceano molto bella anche se il terzo letto non era adatto a un albergo di questo tipo sembrava una brandina buttata lì .. colazione da migliorare per un albergo di questa catena e di questo standard .. anche le docce di supporto in palestra da curare di più un po’ abbandonate a se stesse Comunque ci tornerei

È la terza volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel e quindi abbiamo notato i cambiamenti.Il personale sempre gentilissimo anche se alcuni non capiscono quando ti rivolgi loro in inglese figuriamoci in italiano.Camera pulita.La colazione è peggiorata la mattina il pane è duro ,una mattina c'erano dei panini immangiabili i wafer duri e le ciambelle zuccherate anch"esse dure .Penso che quando rimangono non vengono rimpiazzate con quelle fresche ma riciclano gli avanzi del giorno prima se si vuole del mango si deve pagare extra.fuori hanno apportato delle modifiche hanno spostato le sedie a sdraio e le hanno collocate sotto la piscina senza pavimentare il passaggio .infatti si doveva passare sulla terra battuta ..siamo rimasti 2 Settimane e per tutto il tempo il soffione della doccia esterna è rimasto rotto quando l"arrivi l'acqua schizzava dappertutto .sedie a sdraio alcune da sostituire perchè infossate e ti rompevi la schiena.Per ultimo abbiamo consumato un piccolo spuntino al bar esterno non hanno atteso neanche che finissimo di mangiare hanno presentato il conto e la cameriera è rimasta ferma fino a quando non abbiamo pagato.Per il prezzo che si paga la qualtá è peggiorata

Hotel ottimo. Noi avevamo solo la prima colazione ma è stata davvero magnifica.c'era di tutto. Hotel pulito e staff sempre molto disponibili. SE VUOI MANGIARE O BERE QUALCOSA AL DI FUORI DEL TUO PACCHETTO IL PREZZO È DAVVERO ELEVATO PER ESSERE A PUKET. UNico punto a sfavore:LA MATTINA BISOGNA FARE LE CORSE PER PRENDERE LE SDRAIO E MOLTE VOLTE RIMANI SENZA E SEI COSTRETTA A SDRAIARTI SULLA SABBIA,UN HOTEL COSI",DOVREBBERE AVERE UNA CAPIENZA PIU ALTA DI OMBRELLONI E SDRAIO. L'hotel è vista mare,piscina bellissima.
