I was really impressed with the pizzas made by Dave and Johnny homemade and fresh it goes a long way. Staff also very friendly and chatty which is good. Rooms basic and clean but perfect for a few nights stay. Pretty central to the main part of town 7 or 8 minute walk. Keep up the good work night staff.

Excellent location within the city centre with a great bar across the road. The breakfast is absolutely fine for a buffet, plenty of options and no limit to the food you can have. Room is a good size with a nice bathroom with a shower. The bed was really comfy and the whole room was clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Only slight issue is that the windows are not sound proof meaning you can hear people outside and traffic from time to time. There is parking at the Tannery which is around 3 mins away for £5.95 for 24 hours is paid for on the NCP app. Would definitely return

My daughter and I have just returned from a short trip to Belfast to enjoy a post-Christmas shopping trip. IBIS Belfast was a great place to stay for our little trip. The location was very handy to the shops and restaurants. Parking was convenient and reasonable at the NCP Tannery car park which we had pre-booked online. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the water pressure was good and the shower was warm - all the essentials were spot on for our stay. The en suite at first glance is an odd compact pod type of thing - but the shower was actually quite spacious. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent - lots of choice and tasty good quality food - both hot and cold choices to suit everyone. The staff member we interacted with most was Sawitee and she was fantastic - she had a lovely friendly manner and her customer service skills were excellent.

Great atmosphere, Dave and Johnny in the bar were fantastic very friendly and informative with drinks menu Hotel was clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for city centre and staff were super helpful with directions and suggestions etc

Moinisha was such a great help at reception with helping extending my stay and with a good attitude and welcoming smile, and David and Jonny were amazing with their service during the night and made me feel comfortable and welcomed to the hotel.
