Fabulous stay here, everything was perfect. Bed was comfortable, quiet room, great shower, tea/coffee facilities with biscuits, friendly staff, great location. One slight problem was that downstairs in the bar/reception it was always cold. Had pizza one night which was great. So easy to walk to centre of town and get buses etc.

Cannot pour a decent pint of Guinness. so many pints returned and refilled . Must be losing money! Have very few wine glasses.Asked to accept wine in a gin glass. Staff very friendly but poorly trained. Cool water ran out at breakfast.Staff member agreed to refill but took a very long time and not worth waiting on.

David and Jonny make the best pizza, great hospitality and with great service! Thanks for giving us a fun evening in Belfast and catering for our large party at late notice with a fantastic sense of humour - definitely come and stay here and get pizza!

David and Jonny had a wonderful manner and were extremely helpful and very approachable. The premises was very clean and the staff always checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. The bed was very comfortable in the bedroom. Would come again!
