The goods - serene, classy - YuLong Snow Mountain view directly from the resort - easy transfer between room and front desk/restaurant/lobby through buggy car. Very prompt and easy to book for one - warm hospitality - fabulous breakfast and afternoon tea The not-so-goods - a bit dated - not close to the famous Lijiang Ancient City though it’s about 1km from the Shu He Ancient City, which is much smaller scale (both vibrancy and size) than Lijiang Ancient City Personal experience - a big shout-out to Emi,KiKi,Rita of Front Desk, Bill of Concierge and finally Mr 陶健评 of Room Service. We had an excellent stay at the resort for 2 nights. Right from the check-in which was smooth with an upgrade provided given my Accor Platinum status, to making sure all detailed personalised experience was always and timely fulfilled. Our 2nd day started with YuLong Snow Mountain visit hence the resort packed us some breakfast take-away. When we were back from the half day trip, the afternoon tea didn’t disappoint us and indeed the kids and my parents were able to enjoy the session with the companion of water ducks swimming in the small pond just outside the restaurant. - Emi of Front Desk in fact went beyond my expectation which significantly mellowed down the experience of the dated furnishing in the room. I thought I lost my iPad after I checked out from the resort (which I didn’t, fortunately) so I communicated with Emi through WeChat and she coordinated with her colleagues for a search at mid-night. I’m truly grateful and indeed it enhanced my experience with the resort even more.

It was an extremely beautiful place with the view of the snow mountain too on good weather. Staff Kira was really hospitable and cheerful. She is extremely attentive to details and is always ready to offer assistance when needed. It was a wonderful and heartwarming experience.

Excellent experience at Pullman Lijiang. Excellent facilities and very friendly staff. They have the most beautiful lake view cafe to enjoy food. The villa was very comfortable. Special thanks to Kira who provided very warm hospitality and was always available.

Durante il nostro viaggio abbiamo soggiornato in questo magnifico albergo, stanze molto grandi e fornite di tutti i comfort compresa macchinetta del caffè Nespresso, bagno molto grande, cassaforte ecc. Lo consiglio a chi passa da queste parti.

Nella mia vacanza a Lijiang ho soggiornato qui, ed è stato davvero bello. Mi è piaciuta la camera... ovvero, la casetta. C'è anche la piscina riscaldata e, visto che ci siamo stati in estate, non faceva tanto freddo, anche a duemila metri d'altezza. I ristoranti sono molto belli, però alcuni contengono cibi troppo "fritti", che mi hanno fatto venire mal di pancia. È stato abbastanza accogliente e una macchina dell'hotel è venuta a prenderci direttamente dall'aeroporto, che dista circa un'ora dall'hotel. E basta che lo chiediamo alla reception, possiamo avere un autista che ci porta da tutte le parti, anche sul monte (e poi basta che paghiamo un po' di soldi). Non è lontano da posti da visitare, come la Città Vecchia: ci siamo arrivati in qualche minuto in carrozza (era davvero carina). La camera (sì torniamo a parlare di lei) ha tante cose, come gli umidificatori e la TV ha tanti canali, sono riuscito a vedere quello della National Geographic! Mi ricordo che durante la colazione ci hanno dato un foglio dove dovevamo scrivere se gradivamo l'hotel, e abbiamo scritto nello spazio apposito anche il nome della cameriera preferita. Non è stato facile, dato che tutti quanti erano bravissimi e soprattutto gentilissimi. Ve lo consiglio, questo hotel, è uno dei migliori della città.
