The Ibis hotel is a 3 stars hotel and therefore the staff is very average as well. The waiter in the kitchen area gets distracted all the time and it takes forever to get something to eat. Some receptionists are really nice but some others are kinda rude. I would not recommend this hotel

Have stayed before and it is a nice clean and tidy place. Room was small and in need of some updating. Shower had about a 6 inch crack in the floor which was actually wobbly. Location is not bad and easy to find however it is not near a lot of other services or restaurants. Staff are friendly.

Room is good, we had a family member at the local hospital and it was a little bad time for us, but the hotel itself help us rest and the amenities are simple enough. The deal we got was with complementary breakast and the food was really good.

I appreciate the time you took to share your experience with other travelers. I am pleased that we have met your expectations . Hotel is close to many of the things we needed to see and do in Hermosillo. Fast way to get back to Guaymas were we live. Breakfast is extra but if you order on line it is like 100 pesos, and instead of trying to find something around there is a good choice I had an omelet my wife chose the chiliquiles. both were good. We would use them again. There is only 16 IBIS hotels in Mexico, mostly in the north, they are nice since they are all the same as far as room size and amenities. We always look for one when we are traveling

We stay here around 4 times a year and have never been disappointed. Always welcoming and very comfortable. This time we were on the 1st floor and would ask for higher floors another time as the smell of cooking / frying from the resaurant permits to this level and leaves an underlying tinge in all the rooms. Opening window helped but would say that the kitchen extraction needs to be reviewed. The comfort factor and simple, but well designed interiors of the rooms make it a restful night's stay after a long drive.

Dont bother to make a reservation unless you expect to receive what they want.

I made the online reservation for Ibis, Hermosillo (1 Single bedroom, 1 double bedroom) for 3 days. I was on my way to meet the parents of my fiance along with my parents. Once I arrived to the desk, the Lady (Estephanya) told me to wait a few seconds in a rude way, then I shown her my reservation code and she told that the reservation was no for the days I choose and nor the rooms I select! I asked her If it was my fault somehow, and she told that was what the system says and nothing else... How this could happen ? had the reservation code IN MY HANDS!!!!! with a date and specific type of rooms. She didn't offer me any kind of solutions, nor even apologized, I just leaved the hotel. I had to pay more, but I really aprreciate the good service. Thanks

Well is an small hotel but GOD!! u just can walk in the room. The bathroom was Ok, just u need more preassure in the shower. You should buy a better TV control. Dont accept rooms with the 71 if is friday or saturday, theres a club across the street with music the whole night.. believe me.. u will not sleep at all the whole night. The worst costumer service no towels, no remote control, the bar or restaurant is not a 24/7 , they dont give a complementary water but u cant not buy at night cuz the bar is closed and they dont have a machine or something, theres no 24/7 stores near to the hotel so.. forget about it.. The night receptionist cant attend u cuz she is always at the phone and if u ask something she will give you a RUDE ANSWER, and please dont even try to go out after 12:00 am, cuz the security will be RUDE too cuz he dont want to stand up and open the door for u. The only good thing about this Hotel was the lady that make my Chek in and VERONICA the girl that clean my room.

Hotel is a little out dated. They only leave two bath towels in the room. No hand or face towels. There are no conveniently located outlets near the bed. The location is not in the best part of town and the outside pavement is in need of repair.

I have been staying at this hotel for 2 years now. First time it was perfect. Now some time has passed and I realize that management has a lot to keep up with but several points come to my mind. (1) Housekeeping laundry should check all towels and pull the ones that are frayed, stained or possibly might be repaired. It leaves a very bad impression with a guest who is offered torn, frayed towels and there are only 2 of them anyway. It reduces the quality of the hotel as a first class business hotel to that of a 2nd class cheaper hotel. (2) The Accord design team had ease of interior maintenance in mind as they chose carpet squares to carpet all the hallways on the guest floors. This makes it easy to pull up a square of carpet that is badly stained and replacement is immediate. This is not being done at this IBIS hotel and it reflects poorly on the management's assessment of the hotel as far as cleanliness is a concern. During my stay (2 nights at different days during the week) I did see that my hallway was about to be repainted but it seems strange that the large dark stains are overlooked. Very important, none of my friends with small pets were aware that they could stay at this IBIS for a small charge for their pet to stay with them.

I stayed in a single room for one night and find this hotel perfectly satisfactory. The rooms are small at maybe 10X10 feet not including the shower/bathroom. It was very clean and this hotel sits far enough off the main road noise was not a problem. Good a/c and plenty of hot water in the shower with lots of water pressure. There is a shopping center nearby where you can pick up things at the grocery store although there is no refrigeration in the room. There is also a restaurant a short walk from the hotel that was good. I will be looking for these hotels in the future when I travel and don't need a lot of extras.

I went on a business trip for three nights. The first night I found the bed was not made or cleaned and the bathroom left me wondering how deep they cleaned it. Service was fine and the fare was ok in consideration to what is being offered.

We have stayed at this hotel several times for both business & to break up trips between travels. Hotel is very central, easy to locate & good value for money. Restaurant on site with 24 hour service.
