This is my second stay the Grand Mercure and I've really enjoyed coming here both times. I'm on a business trip all the way from San Francisco, so it's great to find a hotel that makes you feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of. Shout out to my room attendant, Shivji, for keeping my room clean and helping me feel at home.

We visit this hotel twice and it's strongly recommended! We found a very clean studio and a wonderful suite, very confortable. The staff is very nice and helpfull and the food is good in The Verandah restaurand and n the pool bar. The pool is clean and nice to have a rest.

Amazing week’s stay with my family of 4 (kids aged 10 & 12) also my elderly parents (75 & 80) staff couldn’t do enough for us, restaurant & cleaning staff in particular. Went the extra mile over Christmas and decorated a Christmas tree with lights in our room. Food was lovely and varied every day and reception were helpful organising taxis for us.

Great ambience, excellent hospitality. Wonderful breakfast - hot buffet variety everyday, fresh juices, custom omlettes, pancakes, and a lot more. Very satisfying spread for buffet. Overall great stay !!!!!
