Comfy and quiet rooms. Staff was very friendly abd helped me with everything I needed. The check in was fast and there wasnt any problems during checkout. The hotel in general clean, not only in the rooms but in the lobby, restaurant and coridors.

The staff is very pleasant and smiling, always ready to help with any question. I have some trouble with taxi app and the woman on reception kindly showed me how it works. I appreciate that. The rooms are a bit small but clean and comfortable. I also want to admit the really delicious breakfasts. I enjoyed every bite. The main problem is that there is no parking at the hotel, but this information is stated on their website.

On behalf of the IBF "Ukrainian Women's Fund", I would like to thank Ibis Kyiv City Center, which is our hotel partner in providing accommodation for our guests and employees, as well as conference services in Kyiv. During our cooperation, we were impressed by the hospitality and attitude of the hotel staff. The service is excellent. The staff is very responsible and dedicated. The rooms are comfortable, the meeting room is bright and spacious, and the food is excellent. We were completely satisfied with the accommodation and other services. We like the location. This is very convenient for our guests, as representatives of public organizations from all over Ukraine come to our events. We can recommend ibis Kyiv City Center as a partner hotel.
