Our family's first time to stay at Novotel for a convention. Room, amenities and food are all superb. Our stay became more special because of the outstanding service of their staff. I would like to express my gratitude to MS. ALICIA of Frontdesk, MS. JESS of breakfast buffet resto and MS. MARIA of housekeeping. All of them rendered amazing service and went beyond excellence that made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you for making sure that our needs are met and we are comfortable the entire time. Will definitely go back.

This is our go-to hotel! We sometimes just come here late in the night after a few cocktails, or have no-sleep boardgame family bonding with cousins in the suite. The room service is top notch. Love their mango shake! Don’t miss it! Loydie our favorite who would accommodate our requests in the quickest way possible he is superhuman! We love seeing Joanne at the front. The breakfast buffet is at this point comforting because of the familiarity (tho kind of they also update the menu from time to time but please keep the lychee drink and the pudding!) This is the most accommodating hotel. Hope they provide a bathbomb or two for the bath tubs cause I had to be creative with how I could put soap there.

An accptable hotel in a very busy area with a large mall next to it, be aware of pick pockets in the area. Hotel is ok, Carpets do smell a bit and should be replaced. Rooms are large and well equippt. Breakfast Buffet is having a large selection of international choices. Staff is friendly and helpfull

E' andato tutto bene, a parte qualche problema in camera, fra cui la sedia con una gamba rotta, una mattonella della doccia che non era ben fissata, e il rubinetto che si staccava. Piccole cose, ma non all'altezza di Novotel.
