I had a pleasant experience with my stay at Novotel. My room was nice, comfortable beddings and clean bathroom. Excellent assistance from Anne Cruz and Janelle Crisostomo.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed and linens were cozy, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax after a long day. Trattasi di ottimo hotel con servizio eccellente e tutto lostaff molto cordiale. La cucina è un poco confusionaria dato l'altissimo numero di piatti proposti, ma di eccellente qualità, le camere sono ottime manca una area fumatori ma è possibile andare all'esterno. Gran numero di ristoranti di tutti i generi solo attraversando la strada. Veramente tutti ottimi. La piscina è bellissima con un ottimo servizio ai bordi di piatti molto ben fatti. Questo hotel ha un solo problema, pur essendo a soli 12 km dall'aereoporto sono necessarie due ore di taxi dato il traffico molto molto intenso. Pero' quando arrivati è eccellente.
