While it’s showing its age slightly, the room is clean and nicely maintained. There is only one restaurant in the hotel but you could always step out of the door and find restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. It comes with on-site parking which is useful for those who drive.

Smooth check in and to my surprise, an upgrade in conjunction to my wedding anniversary and accomodating to my request via email. Kudos to Kasajima san. Friendly front staff and bed is also extremely comfortable with lots of amenities Location is very convenient too, next to two subway exits. Will repeat stay if I visit Sapporo again.

The Hotel is literally in the heart of Sapporo, so very accessible. The bus station to the airport is just a few meters away. There are convenience stores, pharmacy, and food shops around. The reception desk staff is very accommodating and hospitable. The rooms is clean and spacious, with complete amenities. The view from the window is fantastic!
