Ibis Styles Krabi Ao Nang Hotel is a good place to stay. Convenient and spacious, lots of parking, complete amenities. The staff are smiling and cheerful. The room is clean and quiet. I traveled for a honeymoon with my girlfriend. The hotel has prepared a room for you. Overall, it is considered impressive.

Do not stay here!! The staff (to name the person…a receptionist called K Beat) made this experience disgusting. We stayed in this hotel so many times because they are pet friendly. However, this receptionist’ attitude and behavior is the worst hospitality you can experience. He threatens hotel guests and says rude things to us and our dog because (he is for sure unhappy with his life and his job). They used to have polite and happy staff but this guy SHOULD NOT WORK FOR ACCOR!!!! This K Beat receptionist who is definitely miserable with his job and identity complains to ACCOR gold members and is rude when we walk back into the hotel for no reason at all?!?! He then said that a person on the floor complained about the dog barking. But this is a pet friendly hotel and there’s multiple dogs staying in this hotel as we saw them and heard them?!?! So now a “pet friendly hotel” is complaining because a dog disturbed guests? This is laughable! Advise to the hotel!!! Put all pets in a specific floor and area of the hotel instead of middle rooms!!! Or simply remove your pet friendly status!!

This hotel is wonderful, and the staff, particularly Ms. Nina, Ms. Nub, and Ms. Pair, are always friendly and smiling. The location is relatively near to Ao Nang Beach (about 1 km), and there is a complimentary shuttle service to the beach. We found a fantastic fresh coconut at the hotel restaurant, and Pad-Ka-Poa was the best! This trip was adorable, and we will definitely comeback!

Really Bad specially cleaniless ,many dust around ,staff haven't any service mind ,as picture Dirty Dirty ,my third time status without non-member coz of I saw rate Agoda cheaper that ALL website even I am a member and check in App, I try to called to hotel many time no one pick up, once deal staff was impolite, and no greeting ,wexlome Service need to improve, behavior need to add more
