Accueil déplorable personnel pas à l’écoute de ses clients . Et pour couronner le tout punaises de lits découvertes dans la literie . Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel . Les chambres auraient besoins d un bon rafraîchissement, voir d une décontamination pour certaines .

One of the better ibis hotels. Although location was out of any walkable area (I had a car so it was not a problem), it was convenient to the hill towns of the Luberon. Clean and quiet room, comfortable bedding, nice friendly service and staff. Excellent breakfast.

Bon hôtel, Mais pour un restaurant ouvert jusqu'à 21h45 je me suis fais littéralement jeter par le responsable du restaurant à 20h45, sans un mot d'excuse, sans explication, sans conseil pour aller manger ailleurs... rarement vu un accueil aussi déplorable. Ne plus servir à 20h45 est-ce normal ? Sans rien proposer ? Ni même essayer ?

Très chaud dans les chambres et pas de climatisation...Celon le gérant de l'hôtel trop tôt dans la saison pour mettre en route ... Pas de restauration ,ni midi ni soir pendant les 4 jours de notre séjour la cause manque de personnel... Déçu !!!

We arrived early afternoon .. when we got to our room the safe didn’t work .. the poor receptionist who had only been there two weeks struggled for ages to get it working .. in the end we asked if we could change rooms .. which we did .. the rooms are large but there is no wardrobe.. just a hanging rail with four hangers .. no drawers ! Biggest complaint restaurant closed at the weekend fortunately we found one in walking distance on the Saturday.. Sunday we got back to the hotel late .. nothing to eat not even a bag of crisps .. it would be great if there was a vending machine Ibis take note !
