Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review. We appreciate your kind words about the beautiful town of Melsungen and are glad you enjoyed your visit there. However, we are sorry to hear that your stay at our hotel did not meet your expectations. Our hotel is a 100% non-smoking property, and we take this policy very seriously. We will investigate the issue you mentioned regarding the smell in your room and take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen again. As for the noise outside, we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Our hotel does not have air conditioning, but we do provide fans upon request to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. We understand that a stable internet connection is important, and we apologize for the weak WiFi signal you experienced. We are continuously working to improve our services, and your feedback is valuable in helping us achieve that. We hope to welcome you back on future occasions.
