Not really up to the Novotel standard, rooms were basic and clean, but some of the rooms are a long way from reception, restaurant meals were not to the cuisine you would expect from a Novotel, it was overrated and quite expensive for what you get. Except to pay over $100 per person for 3 courses plus a few drinks. During the time I was there, there was maintenance and renovation going on with the pool closed. Unfortunately, if you do not have your own transport and you have to stay in the hotel/room, there is nothing to do. The TV has limited Chanels and no in-house movies to pass the time. There is a positive, the staff are so very friendly and go about of their way to help you.

When making call to resort was spoken to in a very aggressive way by a staff member. Wanted to discuss an issue but received verbal aggressive response from Novotel staff member The attitude of staff member was bad and no one prepared to deal with the issue. Asked for manager but told unavailable

Great location on the bay but a bit of a disappointment given the price and Novotel’s usual quality. Room amenities are pared so far back it’s really difficult to figure out how to get what you need. There’s a small sign suggesting you WhatsApp them if you need anything. The phone is on the bedside table but doesn’t work. I arrive late, WhatsApp them asking how I order room service. No reply. So after half an hour I go down to reception and they say they’ll send me a menu. I order by WhatsApp and have no idea whether they’ve received my order or not. The room is really bare, none of the usual amenities. No iron, no pen, no small plate of fruit, no working phone, an internet ready TV that won’t connect to the Internet. There’s a modem but nothing to tell me how to connect to it. Eventually I spy a tiny sticker on it with some letters and numbers and figure these are the network and password but there’s nothing to actually tell you where to look for these or which number is which. I paid the breakfast levy but the breakfast is at about 3 star level. Piles of ready cooked eggs, some dahl, some fruit. Good coffee but minimal quality in the buffet. So I guess I’d say disappointing for a high cost Novotel’s

Location very good. In tutta la zona e' l'unico che ha stanze affacciate sul mare con possibilita' di un tuffo ristoratore in piscina. L'accoglienza molto buona. Quando si viaggia con un bimbo piccolo anche il dettaglio piu' insignificante e' importante. Senza eccessi ma misurato in ogni prestazione sicuramente da consigliare per un piacevole week -end
