Novotel Kollkata just raised the bar by providing excellend customer service experience for us this morning. I casually called and asked the customer service team at Novotel Kolkata to arrange for a bouquet of roses and a cake for a couple freind of mine who are checking in today. Inspite of very short notice, the team did all possible and delivered as per expectations. The flowers were arranged, the rooms was decorated and the cake was in the room. This is gantastic service. A huge shout out to Ms. Ankita Ghosh who worked this magic. She was superb with clarity of communication and timelines. I really appreciate Ankita's efforts for going out of the way to make sure our couple freind had a lovely stay at Novotel Kolkata on Valentine's day.

My time at Novotel Kolkata was nothing short of delightful, and the credit goes entirely to the incredible people who made me feel truly cared for at every step. The Front Office team, led by the ever-gracious Chandrani Datta, stood out for their warmth and efficiency. Her team — Prattyay, Mr. Kaushik (AFM), Arpita, Amandeep, and Shekhar — consistently went above and beyond, handling every request with poise, patience, and a welcoming smile. A heartfelt mention to the Concierge team, led by Shubhomoy Chatterjee, along with Aarif, Dipankar, and Somnath, who were always proactive, helpful, and extremely courteous, making navigation and planning effortless. The Housekeeping team — Tanmay Chakroborty, Chinmay Roy, Ratan, and Debojyoti — ensured the stay was comfortable and immaculate, with a level of care that never went unnoticed. The warmth of the stay was perfectly complemented by the F&B team, led by Alok Jena and his wonderful team Honey, Arul, Shayaree, Sailen, and Jenny, whose attentive service and hospitality added a personal charm to every meal. ⭐ An absolute 5-star stay in every sense — memorable, heartfelt, and truly world-class hospitality.
