The room was super clean and the staff is kind. Having the breakfast included is definitely worth it. Location is close to the old center and right besides a shopping mall, making it easy to reach anything you need. On 9 floor the internet might fail sometimes.

Nice Ambience, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, good housekeeping services with all amenities available, good F&B department with delicious antep style food culture and great atmosphere with delicious wonderful breakfast, thanks for the complimentary breakfast giving to me by the hotel manager

No bad surprises. There is a system. You know what to expect. Hygienic. You can also get a discount as a member. The generous fruit offerings quenched my thirst, I enjoyed it. Everything was easy and simple. I stayed in all top segment hotels in Gaziantep. It was the most comfortable place and the best breakfast place.

When booking I didn't know how good this location would actually be. It turned out to be great, within walking distance of everything I was hoping to do and see. The room on the 9th floor of the back side of the building had a great view of the citadel and adjoining hill. It was clean and provided me ample space. I was especially grateful to Sergun, one of the staff members who helped me extend my stay and assisted with transportation when it was time for my departure.

Spent two nights here; excellent value. Small, clean, basic room with a comfortable bed. Staff were perfunctory. Good location with a mall next door. Breakfast was decent. Thankfully the window could be opened, as - if you wanted the air con on - the only options were for hot air, so it quickly became stuffy.
