The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay, they took care of all our needs and made us feel very comfortable. Special thanks to Beyza and Hatice for their kindness and attentive service. We would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Gaziantep.

The Ibis Hotel's location was excellent, and the parking lot was quite spacious. Breakfast was varied. The staff was friendly. They wore orange T-shirts, and it's clear that Human Resources attaches great importance to raising awareness for children with leukemia. Ms. Nurhak was very polite and organized. I thank the entire team for their hospitality.

elif cleaning is very nice and my room now is very cleen the hotel very clean and good and i and my family is feeling better when we kame this hotel and the breakfast is very good and clean and the servis is very good ismet and songul is the very good service and the restaurant is very clean

Accident with a non negotiatable high charging on a stable client I had arrived hotel a bit late due to my flight and checked in to go to sleep directly for having my meeting in the morning. I woke up and went to reception to check out then completed shortly to go to my meeting, however I had hit my head to glass window when getting out and glass of outdoor was broken unfortunately. After that I went to reception kindly told them what happened there etc and asked what I need to do as the glass is broken ( but nothing on purpose obviously). Hotel reception had held me to check camera and said that I need to pay 16k Turkish Lira. I had a meeting and waited there quite long, therefore I didn’t say a word just paid and left to catch my meeting because there was a flight after that. It was an accident, you can’t charge a client I could have resisted not to pay if I didn’t have meeting and we could have filed a case to go to court as nothing was done on purpose. Nobody even asked anything if I am ok or to have sit as my head was hit to glass and knee also was hit due to crash. This was my last stay for this group of companies after that and since I have time now I am going to leave some feedbacks. It doesn’t fit to such a big organization to treat a client with so high charge. you must consider that glass can get broken from such accidents and put there better sensor or use different material to prevent it happening. I didn’t punch the door, just my head hit the glass when walking out. So you can’t really blame your clients for that totally.
