Ibsis hotel in Tana is a hidden gem that always offers a warm welcome!

always feel at home at Ibis Antananarivo. The staff is warm, professional, and many speak English, which is a huge plus. Whether I’m working from the bar area or staying overnight, the service is always excellent. A big shoutout to Zo at the bar who makes my café lattes just right every time! Huge thanks also to Mr. Malko and the breakfast team, Mr. David in the dining area, and the always-friendly Mirando, Nehemia, and Armand. And a special mention for the lovely pregnant front desk staff member—always ready to help with a kind smile. If you’re staying in, rest assured, the breakfast experience hits the mark. Plus, the full daily menu offers a wide variety of dishes to suit nearly every palate( and budget) and dietary need. Bravo to the Chef and the wonderful culinary team! Overall, the hotel is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. Even the spa is open to non-guests and is such a relaxing bonus. Perfect spot for locals and visitors alike looking for comfort, care, and great coffee. Ibis.. my home.. away from home.

Great staffs and decent breakfast. I stayed for 5 days for business purposes. Communication was easy with the staffs and they are respectful. Supermarket and shopping mall are nearby. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was yummy. Hats off to the management.

I have been on a business trip and could only enjoy the outstanding kitchen of chef Christophe during a business lunch. His expertise shows in his dishes, a fusion of traditional and modern cuisine, exotic as well as international and so nicely presented that it’s a real pleasure for all senses. An absolute Must if you are in Tana . On my next trip to Tana I will book at the Ibis to enjoy again Keep up the outstanding work! See you soon

Very good hotel. All restaurant staff are truly amazing. The chef is a Mauritian and prepares awesome dishes. He is always ready to prepare customised meals if ingredients are available. Very good customer service from all staff. If you have any particular request do not hesitate to reach to the staff who are available 24/7. Highly recommended!! I will certainly choose ibis again for my next visit to Madagascar.

So far I have sent at least 8 emails requesting a refund due to unforeseen circumstances curtailing our trip to Madagascar & no response to any although if I enquire about airport shuttle I receive a reply almost immediately! Really poor customer service from an Accor brand hotel and more so to one of their ‘loyal’ Accor members….. disappointed….
