Es un buen hotel, es limpio y cuenta con un restaurante dentro del lugar, no es muy grande por lo que los ascensores siempre están disponibles. Está muy cerca del consulado americano (a 5 minutos a pie). Se encuentra en una zona tranquila, y junto a una plaza con más restaurantes y opciones para comer. La plaza Misiones está justo al frente (a 10 minutos a pie). Un detalle importante es que, al menos en nuestra habitación, el agua detalle al ducha se sale hacia el piso del baño, por lo que al entrar siempre habrá un charco a menos que lo limpien con una toalla o soliciten limpieza. No se “inunda” pero puede ser un poco molesto. (Ver imágenes adjuntas)

It was a very pleasant stay, nice rooms, good internet, accommodating but the rooms are not as clean as these should be, the management needs to pay attention to the workload they give the staff. After talking to them, they are seriously overloaded and the result, dirty rooms. The location is perfect if you are going to the consulate. Perfect location. I would go back, but with some cleaning supplies...

The men who work at the front desk are so understanding, helpful and great customer service skills including the man in the night shift checking temperatures. The housekeeping are very helpful, did a wonderful job cleaning our rooms and we felt so comfortable. My only complaint is that the ladies at the front desk are not so professional, keep locking the elevator for the guests not to use the elevator and are rude. Every time my husband needed to use the elevator due to his temporary disability of his arm and ankle injured we had to ask the ladies and they gave us attitude. If guests are paying for services the elevator should not be locked with a key and blocked off.

Ho soggiornato per 5 giorni in questo hotel. Sono rimasto molto insoddisfatto dalla pulizia della stanza, dalla manutenzione della stessa (non avevo la tavoletta del bagno ed il pulsante era rotto). Un giorno non sono state nemmeno fatte le pulizie alla stanza e spesso mancava l'acqua calda. Buono il buffet per la colazione. Non ho mai mangiato al ristorante.
