I spent my vacation in Ibis Fujairah. It’s next building to Novotel. I’m satisfied of my being in this hotel. Everything was good. I’d like to mention an hotelier Althaf, especially his perfect serving, always smiling, asking whether I need smt or not. Also I should say, for someone who is going to stay here, this hotel is far from the ocean (Omani bay) it’s about an hour of walking to there by foot 😅 but hotel provides a transfer to the beach several times in the morning, and getting you back from there 3 times till 1 pm. After lunch if you want to go to the beach again there is only one option - to take a taxi (16 dirham). And in the morning you may be a witness of a queue to the breakfast 🫣 it’s because the cafe area is not big and everybody wants to catch a transfer to the beach. However you stand in a queue during max 10 minutes, hoteliers do their best and handle it. Food. Well it pretends your personal preferences but as for me I’ve never been starved 😄 don’t forget it’s 3 stars hotel. Food was always fresh and yummy. Room. A small rooms with all I need for comfortable staying Plus the hotel provides a beach bag with a towel, a mat and a bottle of water (and for sure after getting back from the beach you should return it)

had poor experience with the happy hour draft beer's on many occasions in the past, so tonight tried to order a single bottle or can of Becks from the bar, staff refused to serve it because they obviously had some promotion on & insisted on my getting a bucket of bottles, so I went downstairs to the bookstore bar, rang the bell, waited, no answer the door so left, what is going on with the bar management ? 🙄 unfortunately this is not the first time I've been extremely disappointed with this shambles, draft beer's are really tatty, stale or tasteof cleaning fluid & you wait forever for service even when you are practically the only person in the bar

"I had a fantastic stay at the Ibis Hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's atmosphere was welcoming and modern, making it easy to feel at home. A special shoutout to Mr. Naveed at the reception – he truly went above and beyond with his warm welcome and kind, helpful attitude. From the moment I arrived, he made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. This is my first time I stayed here it’s really amazing. I went sports bar it’s really nice Mr.branddon he make for me one cocktail it’s amazing and another staff garima always smiling face overall everything nice. But one thing I don’t like that music. It’s repeating again and again same music. If is possible in future please change.

Nice hotel. Very clean hotel room. Sumit does his job very well. Good location. Recommend this hotel. Big swimming pool, good and tasty food. Overall a good hotel. The only thing is that there are few TV channels in Russian and there is no possibility to watch YouTube on TV.
