Отдыхали в декабре 2023 с мужем. Все плюсы отеля были убиты в ресторане. Такого отношения к гостям и такого унижения гостей, я ещё не видела нигде, путешествуем с 1996 года. На завтраках у гостей отбирали сумки, ну ладно пляжные, но дамские маленькие, причём объясняешь, что у меня там деньги, телефон и т.д., пофиг, хостес как полицейские, бегут за тобой, оставляйте на входе. Впечатление от этого остались странные, отвратительные, шокирующие и унижающие человеческое достоинство!

Отель уютный, комнаты со всем необходимым. Чай, кофе, чайник, холодильник. Ежедневная уборка номеров. Постель свежайшая. Кровать удобная. Трансфер на пляж. Питание качественное на любой вкус. Шеф-повар готовит с душой, очень вкусно. Особая благодарность Faruk Naved и всему персоналу за чуткое и внимательное отношение к отдыхающим.

Пишу отзыв не столько об отеле, сколько о его сотруднике. Его имя Абдульхай (Abdulhayk). Мы с женой заселились в отель 12.04 2024 в его смену, запомнили его доброжелательность и необходимый минимум Русского языка (так как мы владеем Англ.языком совсем чуть-чуть). Случилось так, что мы через 4 дня подьехали к отелю на такси, зашли в свою комнату, и я обнаружил, что у меня пропал мой телефон! Понял, что выронил его в такси из кармана брюк при выходе. Тут же мы примчались на ресепшн, обратились к Абдульхаю. Он быстро среагировал, просмотрел записи камер наблюдения, определил номер такси, позвонил таксисту. Телефон мой действительно оказался там. Потом Абдульхай позвонил на номер моего телефона, поговорил с таксистом. И через 2 часа таксист вернул мне мое сокровище, мою выручку и спасение! Нет слов, чтобы выразить всю мою благодарность и признательность! Дорогой Абдульхай, желаем вам и вашей семье процветания, здоровья и удачи! La verdad me voy muy contenta con el hotel. Gracias a Jay de House keeping, June con su sonrisa y su excelente recibimiento en el buffet. Dhil por su actitud contagiosa en el bar, y la señora en café Novotel(se me escapa su nombre), Pan en recepción, los chicos del banquete a la hora del desayuno. De verdad, gracias por su actitud al servicio, amabilidad y por hacer mi estadía más llevadera

Mi estancia en el hotel fue increíble. Su limpieza es excelente, en especial como Jay Prakash cuidaba de la habitacion y de todos los detalles en ella. June, por siempre recibirme con una sonrisa y la mejor actitud. Todos fueron muy amables y me ayudaron muchísimo.
