Very pathetic service. Staff also not very co-operative. Food also very poor. Conditions of the room are very poor.

Very poor hospitality. The conditions of the room are pathetic no hygiene also no is there to attend to the complaints. Food is also pathetic. This is not the Ibis standard not even close to that. Would not recommend to any one.

The hotel needs improving their rooms and corridors.

The location of the hotel is great, compound and reception and staff are friendly but the rooms and corridors are not maintained. The room is smelly, mouldy and dirty. Dirty bathroom. The rooms are not maintained. However, there has been improvement since my visit last year 2024 but more need doing in the rooms and corridors - run-down wall, dirty wall etc.

Ambiente gradevole e personale collaborativo sia alla reception che per gli altri servizi. La camera in cui ho soggiornato avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata e di un po' di manutenzione. Cibo (buffet) abbastanza curato e vario. Nel complesso, consigliabile.

Un bel Hotel, ha uno staff molto attento e cortese. Ha ottima pulizia, igiene e sicurezza. Io di sicuro starò sempre li quando vado a Lagos e lo consiglio a chiunque va a Lagos. Ha un solo punto di contrario, dal'aereoporto e molto scomodo arrivarci.

un hotel a costo non proibitivo buon servizio e molta gentilezza. molto vicino ai due aeroporti facilmente raggiungibili in al massimo 15 minuti...ideale per chi ha il transfert il giorno dopo
