Wonderful reception staff but the most awful food I have eaten in over a decade. We had dinner and lunch due to flight cancellation and the food was impressively bad in every possible way. Also rooms have no duvets or bakers, only thin sheets.

My wife and I have been stayed at Mercure Pajuçara on January 2022 for one week. Since the reservation until check-out everything is so outstanding! All of staff is so friendly, attentive. Special thanks to the general manager (Mrs. Thaïs Pradella) and her staff. Rooms are comfortable and pretty clean. Covid-19 safety protocols are extremely followed by all employes and guests. Full continental breakfast is served. Hotel is located in N’a ce neighbourhood where you can find some restaurants and markets. Highly recommended to stay here.

Had booked for initial 2 days but extended another 2 days . Hotel well located across from beachfront and in main strip for restaurants etc . Staff were alll wonderful and could not be more helpful and kind . Breakfast was substantial

Worst Mercure/Accor experience ever

Although booked 2 months in advance and paid also in advance at that time, I wasn‘t upgraded due to my accor platin status at all! The hotel fears discussions with the very demanding local clientele and therefore prefers to upset the highest client category of its chain membership giving a very BASIC room. Had a third person (sister of my wife) with us- almost still a child. It seemed to me that all facilities (rollaway bed/sofas) were already used so the staff (my wife is brazilian so the Language barrier could Not be an excuse) preferred to lie an treat us as we were the lowest feed in the food chain for them. I booked with european prices for 7 Nights two months in advance). Perks for platin guest is only a drink voucher for each. None of the other usual amenities, no high speed internet- nothing. The room is okay but far away from the Management pictures online. Beside the congested sink in the bathroom. Just one towel for three and the too hot water- even in cold mode. Breakfast is fairly okay but much to much overcrowded and not prepared for full house! No service at all!! I usually dont complain but this time its too much to bare even for the Most relaxed and forgiving frequent Traveller in the world. The Management should bare in mind that european travellers (Even though brasilian origin) bring Money and work to the country, spend their most valuable time here and are used to better facilities. I would like to point out that the upgrade and voucher of the welcome drink has been granted according to program policy and by you being a special customer, Platinum, but which caused the possibility of remaining in our superior apartment was the reservation of the third guest, where we try to accommodate them in the best possible way as the Mercure Maceio Pajuçara Hotel does not offer apartments for three people. We make an exception for being a special customer and I say that all our guests are valuable and we are very happy to have you with us. With regard to other notes, be sure that we will be taking appropriate measures to deal with the problem and prevent future occurrences. I spend 4 days intros hotel and in two days had events in front of hotel up to 6 a.m. where was not more possible sleep. Terrible experience. Is not the best place to stay in Maceio, but is a good location. Th breakfast is good and the staff were very kindly.
