Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely regret the discomfort you experienced regarding the air-conditioning system, especially considering your child was unwell. We understand how important temperature control is for comfort and well-being, and we apologize for not meeting your expectations in this matter. Our air-conditioning system is centralized, with preset temperatures, which can unfortunately limit individual adjustments.
