Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re pleased to hear that you found our check-in process efficient and our team welcoming and friendly. However, we’re truly sorry to learn that your experience with the executive double room and breakfast buffet did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it must have been to have a poor night’s sleep due to the bed and to experience delays during breakfast. Regarding the bed, our executive rooms are sometimes configured as two singles zipped together to offer flexibility for our guests, but we regret that this impacted your comfort. Your comments about the breakfast buffet are also concerning, and we’ll be sharing them with the team to ensure we address these delays and provide a more seamless dining experience moving forward.
