The location of this hotel is amazing, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, The rooms are spotless with a bath and a shower plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The value for the rooms and food is well worth the value of money. The noise level is very quiet and also the service from the hotel employees is absolutely fantastic and you have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and treatment rooms would definitely recommend and come back again.

Special mention to Julia who was warm and attentive and listened to guests requirements was clear in explaining things and nothing was too much trouble

We had two rooms. One family room and one standard double. Both rooms were large and had everything we needed. The family room has a shower and a bath. The water in the bathrooms was lovely and hot - which these days in hotels - is a rarity. The staff are to be commended for their friendliness, professionalism and knowledge about the hotel. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The WiFi in the family room was amazing - the WiFi in the double room was dodgy - room for improvement there! We will definitely stay here again when attending Ewood Park.
