Stayed here for 1 night as we were here for the Half Marathon. Despite messaging the hotel months before (& getting no reply) & asking for a ‘quiet room’ we were kept awake until well after midnight by guests loudly talking outside the main entrance. This also started again at 0700 in the morning. Won’t be staying there again.

Staff wonderful but....

The hotel is in an industrial area..very unsightly. But, it is just an overnight stop. Our first room was odd. The toilet offers no privacy as it doesn't have a full door! The mattress was really bad and dipped in the middle so we changed rooms to a room that was bigger. I think it was a room adapted for those with mobility issues and was a much nicer room with complete separate toilet. But, at 1am there was a big disturbance with a couple fighting. There were 9 policemen in the corrider trying to deal with the problem. It finally went quiet at 1.30. Then it started again at 3am. We moved rooms just after 3.15am. I know it's nor the fault of the hotel but we feel the guests should have been told to leave. We ended up having just 3 hours sleep with a 7 hour drive ahead of us. I have to add that the staff here are just wonderful. They gave us a complimentary breakfast and were apologetic. We felt sorry for the young lady who had to deal with the idiots on her own at 3am as she had no security to back her up. It wouldn't put me off using Ibis again but we shouldn't have been inconvenienced because of others' behaviour

The hotel is a ugly area, but even, is a secure are. The hotel has private parking (free), the staff friendly, the hotel is nice, is perfect for travelers and is only 5 minutes from the main highway, then, you don't need to enter in the city. The breakfast is very very good and buffet, and the rooms are quite small but enough for having a relax night and continue driving the next day. I will repeat it always in my rout to the east (Balkans)

Choose this hotel as the reviews looked ok and the price was very good. On arrival my room hadn't been cleaned properly and smelt like a public toilet, I asked to move rooms but was told by the guy at the front desk all he could do was spray air freshener and it wasn't his problem. Don't recommend.

Avoid this hotel. Air conditioning was not working at the rooms in July, during the very hot Spanish summer in Valencia. This is unnaceptable. I had to open the windows in order to be able to sleep as the room was unbearably hot. Hotel staff simply told me that the air conditioning was working as it should. Besides, there were full trash containers at the parking lot. Dirty hotel with suspicious location at a very isolated and almost abandoned industrial state.Absolutely do not recommend this hotel for anyone.
