We had a warm welcome on entering this hotel Pets are very welcome. There is a cost of 300tl per pet for a cleaning charge. The rooms are very comfortable if a bit to,warm, couldn't turn the heating off.Although the switch was off the heating was still on They did promise to sort it..Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of parking.The hotel is central so plenty of places to see. A walk along the river is nice.The staff were very cheerful and always there to help.

Great option to stay in Eskişehir. I arrived by train and the Ibis is around 5 to 10 minute walk from the station. On arrival the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room spacious and clean with comfy bed. I was also given a lovely fruit plate from the kind staff. The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walk to the busy city center shops bars restaurants. Also there is a large shopping mall accross the road. The Haller Gençlik parkı is also just accross the road with beautiful coffee shops and craft shops. The city tramway is also very close by. I had breakfast at the hotel which was ok but not the best. Coffee wasnt great but for the price it was ok. Thanks to the staff, i had a great stay

I spent two nights here, and it was a pleasant stay. The room was a bit tired, but clean and had a good view. The breakfast was surprisingly good - quite a variety food, and I was impressed that they had a proper coffee machine as part of the set-up! The location was good - close to everything, but still quiet enough at night. However, the best part about staying here were the staff, both on reception and in the breakfast restaurant - they were all friendly, cheerful, polite and helpful (and they all spoke English).

Stuff was really good and polite. Hotel was very clean and well organized. Bed was too soft for my liking. Room was small but cozy. Bathroom was large. Breakfast was enough and the coffee was good since they use real beans.

Genaral quality has to be increase. My room number was 505 and closet in wc is almost broken. Breakfast was very poor. I stayed also in Ibis Zeytinburnu and Ibis Limoges. But I can’t compare Ibis Eskişehir with the others.
