Unsanitary hotel

We booked this hotel specifically for the members “all inclusive” rate (see picture of booking) and the pool to cool down after visiting Jaipur. At check-in we were told that all inclusive -food- does not exist and that it just means the price is inclusive of taxes. Again, look at booking where you see difference rates: room only, with breakfast, all inclusive. This was the first problem. Front desk agreed to “offer” us breakfast. This was of a shocking quality and poor choice. Only non local food available was pancakes. If you cannot eat spicy or indian food, there is no option available. The room we were given was not fully prepared and ready so we have to get somebody in who simply gave us the necessary sheets to make up the sofa bed ourselves. We did not realise this was a self catering accommodation as it seems!! Bed sheets had to be then changed as we found blood stains on them. When we went to the pool, a whole horror experience started. There is no word to describe, I will leave the pictures to demonstrate the unsanitary and unhygienic situation. We tried to raise this with staff and asked to speak with a manager. Nearly 3 hours later and we are still told there is no manager. Been to dozens of countries and hotels, hostels and all sorts of accommodation. This place beats them all. In the worst sense.

The pool area was a highlight, too. It was pristine, with plenty of lounge chairs and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were attentive and ensured the area was well-maintained. DISGUSTING gunk on their water bottles with smelly rooms; won't recommend

Won't recommend as the rooms are old, small and not worth the money. OYO would be much better option. Even their water bottles were just refilled with DISGUSTING gunk on their bottle cap. Only location is good, rest all is worthless and smelly and old.
