First class experience from the very start. The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable and clean. The bathroom is large with a fantastic shower equipped with lotions, shampoo and conditioner. The food is amazing and the service second to none. The staff is attentive and cares about your experience and does their best to pamper you. The morning staff of Margati, Doris and Catherine made sure we always had coffee and clean plates / culinary and are super friendly and welcoming The evening staff of Victor and Kyle did the same for evening meals. We were fortunate to meet the GM ,Vince who made sure we were always being treated well. Finally the night service was an excellent touch and fine way to end the day of touring. Thank you all!!

This was our first visit to the Sofitel Point 16 Hotel in Macau and it was an incredible experience from the second we arrived. Our experience in the executive lounge each day was amazing especially our breakfast staff, Catherine, Doris and Margati, who ensured our coffee cups were full and our eggs were made exactly as we ordered. Thank you to Victor and Kyle who made our happy hour evenings exceptional, refilling our glasses before they were even empty! A final thank you to the GM Vince who for years has made my dad’s annual trip to Macau so wonderful that he wanted to share that same experience with us, and all his word offs praise were completely founded! Thank you to all the staff here who made this an experience of a lifetime for my husband and I.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, and Miss Rose Reine Kisses went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. Her attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism made us feel so special. From the moment we arrived, she ensured everything was perfect, addressing all our needs with a smile. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was Miss Rose's outstanding care that stood out the most. We are so grateful for her dedication and kindness. Highly recommend this hotel and its incredible team!

Leisure trip to Macau

2 night stay - upgraded to the mansion suite, with breakfast and club benefits. The suite was amazing, included a jacuzzi, and large accommodation for 3 of us. The breakfast was excellent, so much variety and the quality and service were brilliant. The hotel is in walking distance to the centre of Macau and there is a lovely Thai restaurant 10 minutes away. We enjoyed it so much that we could have easily stayed a week here. Thank you for the hospitality and a memorable trip.

Staying here for two nights. Got upgraded to Luxury Room Club Millésime since I am Platinum Member. When I entered the lobby, one of the front desk staff ask my name before I queue for check in and she immediately recognize my name as their Platinum member then ushered me to 17th floor instead. The whole process for check in was smooth and easy. Their room is top notch. Beddings are awesome, pillows are good. Clean. And they have turn down service. Enjoyed my evening cocktails and breakfast at Club Millésime. Their staff, Ann and Doris also chef Margati are excellent. Attentive and Friendly. Overall, my experience here is excellent. And what makes it excellent, is their staffs especially on 17th floor. Can't wait to be back.
