A very comfortable staycation place in the heart of Kuching City Center. Comfortable room, nice food and beverages and great staffs. Thank you so much Mr. Ambrose & Ms. Dorinna from FO team, Ms. Zue from housekeeping team, Mr. Sunardi Song as General Manager for welcome amenities, Ms. Idayatun & Ms. Lee from Culina Restaurant, and all Pullman Kuching Hotel staffs for great services and hospitality.

A++ to the entire staff!

While certain renovations are still ongoing, the entire staff of Pullman made sure all guests were well taken care of by being extremely present, thoughtful and helpful - I feel extremely welcome and supported throughout: greeted warmly with ready assistance by the car, entrance, front desk, lift, breakfast. My only constructive feedback was ordering vegetarian mamak mee for in room dining but what came has seafood in it - I accepted it anyway to avoid food wastage.

Your front desk staff on 19 Dec. 2025 was polite and efficient. In the room 2007, housekeeping can be improved. Bathroom floor was sticky, shower handle was too tight, and shower gel dispenser did not work (no gel was dispensed when I pressed the lever). I went to front desk the next morning 20 Dec. to get this attended to. When I returned in the evening, the shower gel dispenser still did not dispense the soap. On my way out to dinner, I reported again. This morning 21 Dec it finally worked. Thank you. At your coffee house Ms. Solly was smiley and attentive. I signed for ALL because of the brand m. I hope everything else will improve at my next visit. Thank you.

Very happy with Mr Apin's service at receiving our check in today. I was with 2 other friends who were non members. He was very patient to guide us thru the joining accor membership steps
