the air con smells, there is a reddish spot on the bed sheet, and saw cleaning staffs did not wear face mask upon cleaning up rooms. The pastery from the hotel dine in are poor . Otherwise the counter personal is friendly

Being a regular customer of this hotel over many years, very disappointed by the service this time, it looks most of the staffs new and certainly not customer oriented. I guess this is an outcome of the current covid 19 crisis.

Overall is good but more to improve

1. very strong smoking smell in the room (non smoker can tell this very easily) 2. the toilet cannot be flush properly. Water keep flowing after pushing the flush button firmly 3. Cannot adjust the room temperature to be warmer (to 27 degree) after few attempts. Called for technician to fix it, but the problem still there and the room become even colder (from 23 degree drop to 21 degree)! have to turn off the air-conditioning to sleep before it get so much colder!

Guest service was excellent from the lobby reception to the executive floor check in. Friendly and helpful. Room was big and spacing with fantastic town view from18th floor to the Kuching River. Location is good with easy access to the nearby attractions.

On the day of check in there was a system update lapse on housekeeping services on assigned room. Front desk on duty manager offered complimentary executive level services to made up service level oversight to delight customers.

water pressure was bad.......the hot water shower pressure weak. you should improve/ adjust / rectify such water pressure standard. i stayed in many accor hotel .....this is not accor standard of hotel.

We remember back in 2013 when we were staying at the HILTON - Kuching, when we took a walk up the hill and came across PULLMAN HOTEL, a bright, airy, open planned hotel. We decided we would stay there the following year than return to the HILTON. We never did return, instead we kept returning to the PULLMAN ever since. The physicality and the position of the hotel is great; but it is the friendly, cheerful happy staff that made us return time and time again. However, this year we observed changes. The staff appear to be less happy - the cheerful friendly sparkle has gone, replaced by a more sombre outlook. However, it is good to see spontaneous smiles from Richard and the ever so obliging David Tan. Even the supercool and very helpful Jamahari seems to be showing visible "tiny cracks in his shining armour". What about the tireless Tania, when is she ever going to slowdown, she is abound with energy, is everywhere always working, upstairs, downstairs, toiling across the job spectrum, from management to clearing tables, and vice versa. Take a break Tania, you deserve it. There are two new delightful young ladies - Madelena and Batisiya working in the peak - soon they will be able to "hold the fort". I am not sure the reason for the sombreness, it is us in the UK who should be sad, we are in a mess we have got BREXIT, you got a vibrant Malaysia.

1) There have no privilege free car park as a hotel guest. You have to pay rm6 per night. 2) We stay at level 16 for 3 days, unfortunately carpet at walkway corridor odor like as rotting smell of dead rat. 3) I am so surprised of poor cleanliness Pullman Kuching than Pullman hotel at Miri. Pullman Miri so clean and tidy.

average. Staff are not really friendly. asking for more drinking waters, but was rejected as they said on room can only request two more bottles. Hot weather and customers need more drinking water. should be more considerate.

I have no issue with my stay at Pullman. I stayed for 2 nights and I enjoyed the stay. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The only minor thing so unfortunate during the 2 3days 2 nights stay, there was quite a strong unpleasant smell at the lift lobby on the 19th Floor. Apart from that, everything was great. Keep it up.

Overall not a Pullman quality 1. Check in was not ready even though i did check in on accor app 2 days earlier 2. Room was with ants, had to change room trouble, second room with smoke smell in bedlinen, had that replaced. 3. Ground coffee was not fresh, machine faulty to dispense properly (1 low level, another overflow) 4. Had things fixed but it should be right the first time..

Good location nice staff, attention to detail sorely required

Pullman Kuching is clearly a popular hotel in the city due to its location and while the staff is polite, attention to detail is sorely lacking particularly for cleanliness. The pool was not very clean (gritty floor- seems to be a thing with the Novotel Malacca as well). The mini fridge in our room was filthy and sticky when we checked in. The mirrors were also badly cleaned as well- streaks all over the mirror. Cleaning crew also missed out on tidying our room (we left the tag out for the crew) but we let it go as there was a big regional meeting and staff seemed preoccupied with that. I did raise it with the front desk and that was rectified for the rest of our stay. Staff also didn’t seem to understand English-speaking guests very well. We ordered room service one night and not only was the food delivered cold and late, one of our orders was wrong and the service staff didn’t have a pen readily with him (basic requirement I should think). I had to rummage for my own pen to sign my bill. I wrote the room service a note but I am sure that’s tossed in the bin already along with the remains of our dinner. The service staff looked like he was rushing around and out of breath- lack of manpower on the night shift? On our last morning at the hotel, the posted hours for the breakfast buffet was 6 to 10am. At 7am the egg station was not ready and some of the dishes were cold eg baked beans, the boiled eggs and roti baker. Several guests kept asking whether the egg station was open that day. By 7.30am the chef hurriedly set it up as guests stood in front of the station asking for warm omelettes and fried eggs. They were annoyed. Considering Pullman caters largely for the business traveller, there would be guests who are there for work would like a quick, warm breakfast early in the morning before starting their day of meetings and conferences, wouldn’t they? I understand manpower is an issue but I hope Pullman and Accor would be able to find a solution to these issues. The hotel is lovely and the location is excellent. You can do better for your guests.

The room on the club floor is very clean and spacious. The room is furnished with good amenities. The service crew at the club lounge was very attentive, helpful and just wonderfully excellent. The food variety and the range and spread was of high standard, so is the spread of beverage available.

Staff were very thoughtful and helpful. Executive lounge was a very nice place to relax, either for breakfast or in the evening. Staff there were outstanding.The only minor criticism is that service in Puzzles was at times very slow and inattentive.

Just an average stay. The rooms are okay. Breakfast was okay too. TV in the room are really a nightmare for me whenever I stay in this hotel. This time, few channel are unable to watch. Will think twice for the next stay.

Were with two kids. Jist located near Topspot Just five minutes walk to kuching waterfront. Got free upgrade room and the check in experience so simple. I booked tru accorplus website so no need to put deposit at all. Nice food for breakfast, comfortable room, big toilet, and there is penan bag there. Sadly i did not have enough time to buy it :( Overall, fantastic experience. :) Absolutely will come again.

As an Accor member, my 1st time stay where I was not offered a welcome drink. The fruit basket in my room was also missing, as per in previous visits. that put a damper in my stay.. Hopefully these can be rectified and improved in my future stay.

The room maintenance is not up to the accorhotels' standard. Ants around even the plate of cookies is covered. Ceiling can see few tearing.. Bed and pillow moderate only. Sound proof is not so ideally too.
