Pullman Kuching is centrally located in the Kuching Golden Triangle, enjoying pride of place on Jalan Mathies hill, with panoramic city and river views. The first Pullman hotel in this vibrant city, Pullman Kuching features 389 spacious, contemporary rooms and offers easy access to renowned Borneo national parks. The hotel is ideal for business guests, offering an abundance of conferencing space, state of the art facilities and technology, plus a range of trendy restaurants and bars, and a high-end spa.

The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation process. During this period, certain areas of hotel may be temporarily inaccessible. Swimming pool and gym are closed until 31 August 2025. Main F&B Outlets are closed until 31 December 2025. Alternative venues will be provided for your continued workouts & dining. Thank you for your kind understanding.

I recently stayed at Pullman Kuching and was genuinely impressed by how seamless and welcoming the experience was, even with ongoing renovations. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, I truly appreciated the warm recognition at check-in, the complimentary room upgrade, and access to executive lounge benefits, which added that extra touch of comfort to my stay. Despite the refurbishment works, the staff went out of their way to ensure everything remained smooth and pleasant—everyone was incredibly accommodating, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. It’s clear that guest experience remains a top priority here, and I’m already looking forward to seeing the refreshed spaces on my next visit!

Room are comfortable, spacious, but the amenities such as shampoo and body bath are very low quality. It is very disappointed that 5 star hotel prepares such a low quality amenities in the toilet. Several staff also rude such as the bakery shop attendant when I am gonna redeem welcome drinks. FO not slime at all. It is not hard right just to smile a bit?? Or we have to pay more for the smiles? Even the aunty uncle on the hawker center are friendlier to than your hotel staffs
