I had two stays recently,each was 3 rooms for 4 nights ,the first one I’d like to catch the opportunity to keep my platinum level on my ALL membership,but I regret as my son slept the first night on the room floor as the mentioned they don’t have extra bed ,then I go to Sofitel fonshan for 4 nights it was better ,then back to Sofitel Guangzhou for other 4nights the experience let me double confirm that I will not keep my loyalty to ALL group again,the staff were very cold especially the Russian lady in the front desk. Any way very bad experience for me I am using hotels worldwide for more than 100 nights per year as should focus on my diamond elite level in IHG group or even don’t follow loyalty programs

The hotel environment is really nice, and the service here is absolutely top-notch. The lobby bar has a great atmosphere, especially the Martini coffee which is delicious. The scenery around here is wonderful—I’ll definitely come back next time, haha!
