Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not the Standard Expected from an Accor-Managed Hotel.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. There was no warm welcome at all when I arrived. No doorman or bellman was available, and no one assisted with my luggage. The check-in experience itself was below average, and to make things worse, my luggage was delivered to the room 15 minutes after check-in. The worst part happened at night around 9 PM, when 4 young guys started banging on my door and shouting in Arabic. I immediately contacted reception several times asking them to send security, but no one showed up. I eventually had to shout at the men myself, close the door and wait for them to leave. Only after that did the receptionist come to my room to apologize. When I asked why security never came, her answer was simply, “I don’t know, but I informed them.” This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel managed by Accor. Inside the room, there were more disappointments: no slippers were provided, and the bath towels were torn, which is shocking for any reputable hotel. I was originally planning to extend my stay, but after this experience, I checked out and moved to a local brand hotel, which surprisingly offered much better service. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I hope management takes these issues seriously. I definitely would not return unless major improvements are made.

Окна не проветриваются , в коридоре запах курения , Лейка в душе плохая. Нет полотенец для рук. Нет гигиенических наборов, не регулярная уборка номера

The stay at ibis seef Manama hotel was absolutely good. The rooms are well maintained, House keeping department gets a full on 10/10. Talking about the resturant, they provide the best breakfast here minding Multi cuisine. Mr. CHEF ABU is an absolute gem of a person who serves everyone tasty food. My favourite is the Indian cuisine, have no words to describe it. And Chef abu makes a perfect omlette which is my all time favourite. Talking about the reception, some are kind and generous. While some are rude, let me clear by saying that It depends upon one's perception. Mr.Joshua is my favourite one in the reception who is fantastic and does his job with passion. The pick up and drop service provided by the hotel is very good and on time, the drivers are very friendly. All together I would rate 4/5 for this stay.
